KYB: Business Verification by CNPJ

KYB (Know Your Business) is the process of knowing and verifying the companies you do business with - essential for compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management. CNPJAPI provides the official registration data layer for that verification, by CNPJ, based on Receita Federal data.

  • Shareholder structure (QSA): partners, qualification, and date they joined the company
  • Incorporation date, legal nature, and company size
  • Business activity (CNAE) and address
