Nature of the service

CNPJ API offers a public CNPJ lookup experience and presents information about its API, plans and commercial use.

This site is informational and operational in nature. It does not replace a contract, a commercial proposal, an SLA, complete technical documentation or legal advice.

Data source

The results shown in the public lookup are based on public data related to the CNPJ, organized into a format accessible for human browsing.

Although effort is made to keep the information useful and up to date, there may be delays, temporary unavailability or discrepancies arising from the public origin of the data.

Permitted use

You may use this site for legitimate lookups, product evaluation, testing and institutional browsing.

You may not use this environment for automated abuse, fraud attempts, exploitation of vulnerabilities, improper scraping, denial of service or any unlawful purpose.

Misuse, account suspension and ban

On the platform (portal and API), the following are prohibited: creating accounts in bulk or through automation; signing up with temporary, disposable or third-party email addresses; creating new accounts to get around limits, quotas or a previous block; sweeping the database with sequential or automated lookups beyond legitimate use; and sharing or reselling access and API keys beyond what the plan allows.

Such behavior makes the account subject, at any time and without prior notice, to temporary suspension or a permanent ban, with sessions ended and API keys revoked immediately. The IP addresses involved may also be blocked, and accounts created to get around a block will be blocked in the same way.

Limits and the free tier

The free public lookup may be subject to limitation by IP, volume, frequency, abuse protection and other operational criteria defined by GUIDI SISTEMAS E SERVICOS EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA.

When your needs involve higher volume or systemic integration, you should move to the appropriate commercial arrangement.

Commercial use and integrations

The fact that the site presents the API does not automatically grant an unrestricted right to use it in a production environment, resale, sublicensing or mass replication.

Commercial terms, limits, pricing, support and the technical scope of integrations depend on specific alignment with the responsible team.

Customer reference

By subscribing to a paid plan, the customer (legal entity) authorizes CNPJ API to include its business name and brand (logo) in customer lists, on the platform website and in institutional and commercial materials, free of charge and for the term of the contract. The logo will be used in accordance with the visual identity provided by the customer or publicly available, without changes to its format, proportions or colors. The reference is limited exclusively to identifying the customer as a user of the services, and the disclosure of query volumes, operational data or usage metrics is prohibited. Testimonials and case studies require specific prior authorization.

The customer may refuse or revoke this authorization at any time by sending a request to contato@cnpjapi.com.br, in which case the reference will be removed from digital channels within up to 30 (thirty) business days. Termination of the contract automatically ends the authorization for new publications, and the same period of 30 (thirty) business days applies to the removal of references in digital media. Printed or physical materials already produced before the revocation or the end of the contract may circulate until their distribution ends. This clause does not apply to Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI) or Sole Proprietors (EI).

Availability and changes

The site, its texts, limits, plans, routes and experience elements may be changed, corrected, removed or discontinued at any time, without prior notice.

Unavailability may also occur due to maintenance, protective measures, technical updates or external factors.

Liability

GUIDI SISTEMAS E SERVICOS EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA makes reasonable efforts to keep the environment functional, but does not guarantee the absence of failures, interruptions or full compatibility with every browser, device or user flow.

Any commercial, operational, registration or contractual decision based on a lookup performed on this site must be validated by the user according to their own needs and risk level.

Intellectual property

The brand, visual identity, texts, structure of this landing page, proprietary code and other materials owned by the site belong to GUIDI SISTEMAS E SERVICOS EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA or are used legitimately.

Reproduction, adaptation or exploitation of these materials without prior authorization is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law.
